All of our burgers are black Angus beef grilled to your liking. Served with hand-cut seasoned fries. Rare as cool, red center, Medium rare as warm, red center, Medium as hot pink center, Medium Well as slightly pink center, Well no pink.

Smoke BBQ grill uses USDA choice black Angus beef, selected from the industry's most trusted sources. Our beef is selected to our own specifications and is properly aged to assure tenderness. All dinners served with your choice of two sides. Add $1.00 for deluxe sides. At smoke BBQ grill, our meats are dry-rubbed with a special blend of spices and slow-smoked with applewood. Our unique smoke process leads to a pink ring around the meat which accounts for the deep smoke flavor, leaving fork-tender meat that melts in your mouth. The smoke ring is not raw — it's a sign that the meat was successfully smoked slowly at a low temperature.
